Using the site
OTIS Golf is free to read and free to use. There is no charge, no paywall and no account required to see any statistic on the site. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind: the data is published in good faith and checked against its source, but no guarantee is made that every figure is accurate, complete or available at any given moment. Do not rely on it for anything where being wrong would matter.
Where the data comes from, and how to credit it
The underlying figures are the PGA Tour's published statistics, read through its public data feed. OTIS claims no ownership of them and asserts no rights over them; what it provides is the collection, the arrangement and the export. If you republish anything taken from here, cite the PGA Tour as the source of the data. OTIS Golf is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the PGA Tour.
Models are models
Almost everything on this site is a restatement of a published number. The exceptions — the course-fit model and the tournament probabilities — are computed by OTIS and are labelled as models wherever they appear, with their method set out in the methodology. They are descriptive tools, not predictions, advice, or tips. They are explicitly not betting advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as a recommendation to wager money.
Accounts and exports
Accounts exist to hold watchlists, saved searches and larger CSV exports. Please do not use them to hammer the site with automated requests — bulk scraping degrades the service for everyone reading it, and the whole export builder exists precisely so you do not have to. Accounts that are used abusively may be removed. What you do with data you have exported is your business, subject to the attribution note above.
