How the Tour's ranks and ties work

This is the reverse of the career and green-type boards, where the site declines to invent a tie-break and numbers straight down the list: here a competition rank exists and is published, so it is shown as published. When two players share a rank, the value column separates them only if their figures differ at the precision the Tour prints, and where they do not, the order between them is alphabetical and means nothing.
